Stablecoin Reserve Planning Engagement
A multi-session engagement that documents reserve floors, redemption paths, and liquidity buffers for corporate stablecoin holdings.
Who this is for
Corporate finance and treasury teams that already hold — or are preparing to hold — USD-pegged stablecoins as operating float, supplier settlement buffer, or strategic reserve. The engagement assumes your desk needs a written policy the board or audit committee can read, not a slide deck of market commentary.
Result you leave with
A reserve planning memorandum covering:
- Reserve floors expressed as days of operating outflows
- Separation between operating float and strategic holdings
- Issuer and venue concentration limits
- Redemption and conversion paths under ordinary and stressed conditions
- Capital allocation bands tied to liquidity horizons
What is included
- Intake review of current balances, counterparties, and settlement calendars
- Five facilitated working sessions with your nominated finance stakeholders
- Draft and revised reserve memorandum (PDF and editable source)
- One follow-up clarification call within 30 days of delivery
What is excluded
- Execution of trades or custody transfers
- Legal opinions or regulatory filings
- Ongoing portfolio monitoring retainers (available separately)
- Software licensing fees for Crypto Portfolio Desktop (handled via Microsoft Store)
Provider and process
Engagements are led by a Scalable Dev practice lead with a second practitioner for note-taking and challenge. Sessions follow a fixed sequence: balance map → stress assumptions → reserve floors → allocation bands → memorandum review.
Timeline and delivery
Most desks complete the work in four to six weeks. Seoul-based teams may meet at our Jung-gu office; regional teams join by video. You prepare current balance extracts and known settlement obligations before session one.
Pricing basis
Fixed engagement fee starting at ₩8,500,000 for a single legal entity with up to three stablecoin issuers in scope. Additional entities or complex multi-venue custody add scoped fees quoted after intake.
