Data we collect
- Inquiry forms: name, email, consultation interest, optional scope notes, and message content.
- Technical data: essential cookies and, if you accept analytics cookies, aggregated visit metrics as described in our cookie notice.
- Email or phone correspondence: whatever you choose to send us.
We do not ask for custody credentials, private keys, government ID numbers, or payment card details through this website.
Purposes and legal bases
We process inquiry data to respond to consultation requests and, where relevant, to prepare engagement proposals. Technical data is used to operate and secure the site. Where Korean personal information law requires consent, we rely on your consent (for optional analytics). For necessary communications about your inquiry we rely on steps preparatory to a contract or our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries.
Retention
Inquiry records are kept for up to 24 months after the last correspondence unless a signed engagement requires a longer retention period under that agreement. Server logs needed for security are typically rotated within 90 days.
Sharing
We use infrastructure providers who process data on our instructions (hosting and email). We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information if required by Korean law or to protect legal rights.
International transfers
If a processor stores data outside the Republic of Korea, we take steps consistent with applicable Korean requirements, including contractual safeguards where appropriate.
Your rights
Subject to Korean law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal information, and you may withdraw consent for optional processing. Contact contact@scalable-dev.digital. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent Korean authority.
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to a professional services website. No method of transmission is perfectly secure.
Children
The site is directed at business audiences and is not intended for individuals under 16.
