About Scalable Dev

A Seoul practice focused on stablecoin reserve planning and capital allocation for corporate finance teams.

Why we exist

Corporate desks that hold stablecoins often inherit balances before they inherit policy. Operating float mixes with strategic reserves; issuer limits live in email threads; redemption paths are assumed rather than written. Scalable Dev was formed in Seoul to give finance teams a calm, document-first place to settle those questions.

Origin

The practice began when treasury professionals advising Korean trading and services companies found the same pattern: crypto portfolio desktop records existed, but reserve language did not. We narrowed our work to stablecoin reserve planning and capital allocation — the decisions that actually reach boards and audit committees.

How we work

We facilitate sessions, draft memoranda, and challenge concentration assumptions. We do not execute trades, custody assets, or sell subscription software as the core offer. Crypto Portfolio Desktop, when relevant to a client’s record-keeping, is available separately via Microsoft Store and remains optional to our consultations.

Values in practice

  • Written outcomes — every flagship engagement ends with a memorandum, not only a meeting summary.
  • Desk realism — we use your settlement calendar and counterparties, not generic market narratives.
  • Clear boundaries — advisory and drafting stay distinct from execution and legal opinion work.
